Billing & Pricing

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Start using Land Management 365 immediately with full access to all features in your selected plan. No credit card required. After 14 days, enter payment details to continue, or your account will be paused.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely! Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my limits?

You'll receive a notification when approaching your limits. You can upgrade your plan anytime, or archive older records to stay within limits. We never delete your data.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes! Annual billing saves you 2 months—that's roughly 17% off the monthly price. Pay once per year and save.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days after your trial, we'll refund your payment in full.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and ACH bank transfers through our secure Stripe payment system.

Installation & Technical

How do I install the plugin?

After purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link and license key. Upload the plugin ZIP file via WordPress > Plugins > Add New > Upload, then activate and enter your license key in the LM365 settings.

Does it work with any WordPress theme?

Yes! Land Management 365 works with any WordPress theme. The admin dashboard runs independently, and the frontend listings use shortcodes that adapt to your theme's styling.

Can I import my existing data?

Absolutely. The plugin includes a powerful CSV import feature with intelligent column mapping. You can import properties, customers, and payment history. The Acquisitions module also supports bulk importing county tax data for mailing campaigns.

Is my data secure?

Your data is stored in your own WordPress database on your own hosting—we never have access to your business data. The plugin also includes automatic backup features to Dropbox, and the Customer Portal uses secure PIN-based authentication.

What are the server requirements?

Land Management 365 requires WordPress 5.8+, PHP 7.4+, and MySQL 5.7+. Most modern WordPress hosts meet these requirements. For optimal performance with larger portfolios (50+ properties), we recommend at least 256MB PHP memory.

Will updates break my customizations?

We follow WordPress best practices for updates. Your data and settings are preserved during updates. If you've made custom CSS or template modifications, we recommend using a child theme or the built-in custom CSS field.

How many fields can I track per property?

Land Management 365 includes 76+ built-in fields covering location (state, county, APN, coordinates), pricing (purchase price, sale price, down payment, monthly payment), documents, images, notes, and more. Everything you need to manage land deals.

Can I bundle multiple parcels into one sale?

Yes! The Property Bundles feature lets you group multiple properties into a single sale. This is perfect for selling adjacent parcels together. The bundle tracks combined pricing and links to each individual property record.

How do the frontend property listings work?

Land Listings Pro displays your available properties on your website with an interactive satellite map view, advanced filtering (state, county, price range, acreage), and a built-in payment calculator. Visitors can browse and inquire directly from your site.

How does payment tracking work?

Record each payment with date, amount, and payment method. The plugin automatically calculates remaining balance, tracks payment history, and can generate PDF statements. With QuickBooks integration, payments sync automatically when customers pay their invoices.

Can customers make payments through the portal?

Yes! The Customer Portal integrates with QuickBooks Online. Customers log in with a secure PIN, view their balance and payment history, and click a link to pay their invoice directly through QuickBooks' payment system.

How do PDF statements work?

Generate professional PDF statements for any customer with one click. Statements include property details, payment history, remaining balance, and your company branding. You can download, email directly to customers, or let them access statements through the Customer Portal.

How does the QuickBooks integration work?

Connect your QuickBooks Online account in settings. The plugin syncs customers and creates invoices automatically. When a customer pays through QuickBooks, webhooks update the payment record in LM365 instantly—including itemized payment details and overpayment handling.

What can I do with the Zapier integration?

Zapier webhooks let you connect LM365 to 5,000+ apps. Popular automations include: sending new lead notifications to Slack, adding customers to your email marketing platform, creating tasks in project management tools, and triggering SMS alerts for overdue payments.

How does the Dropbox backup work?

Connect your Dropbox account and the plugin automatically backs up your database on a schedule you choose (daily, weekly, etc.). Backups are stored securely in your Dropbox and can be restored with one click if needed.

What is LandFeed integration?

LandFeed syncs your property listings to Land.com automatically. When you mark a property as "Available" in LM365, it appears on Land.com. When it sells, it's automatically removed. No manual listing management required.

How does the AI Chat Assistant work?

The AI Chat widget appears on your property pages, powered by ChatGPT. You provide your own OpenAI API key (about $0.001 per conversation) and upload a knowledge base (FAQs, POA docs, financing terms). The AI answers buyer questions 24/7 and captures leads via built-in forms.

What is the Command Center dashboard?

The Command Center gives you a single-screen overview of your entire business: total revenue, monthly income projections, payment health metrics, at-risk accounts approaching default, income runway visualization, and quick-access to recent activity. It's your business intelligence hub.

How does the Deal Pipeline work?

The Deal Pipeline is a Kanban-style board that tracks every deal from lead to deed. Drag and drop deals between customizable stages (Lead, Negotiating, Under Contract, Due Diligence, Closing, Recorded). Each deal card shows key details, notes, documents, and activity timeline.

What can the Acquisitions module do?

Import county tax roll data via CSV, set up market value tiers and offer calculations, generate mailing lists for direct mail campaigns, track responses and follow-ups, and move accepted offers directly into the Deal Pipeline. It streamlines your entire buying process.

How does task management work?

Create tasks with due dates, priorities, and assignees. Set up recurring tasks for routine activities (monthly statement sends, quarterly follow-ups). Define task dependencies so tasks unlock in sequence. Track completion across your team with sortable columns and filters.

Can multiple team members use the plugin?

Yes! Professional and Enterprise plans include Employee Management. Add team members as WordPress users, assign specific permissions (view only, edit, admin), assign tasks, and track activity logs to see who did what and when.
